How do I cancel my trip?

If you have to cancel your trip, you will need to inform your local agent directly by email.


If you wish to cancel your trip and have already paid: Cancelation fees may apply, with the amount depending on how far in advance you are canceling, and depending on the agent’s terms and conditions that were outlined to you when booking. It is up to you as the traveler to give notice to your agent if you need to cancel your trip, within the period outlined in the cancelation Terms and Conditions of the agency.


If you have canceled your trip and need to be refunded: This will need to be calculated on the basis of the cancelation conditions of your local agency and refunded back to the card that you had made your payment through.
