My payment won't go through, what should I do?

If your payment has been declined, we advise you to give your bank a call. Often the bank can block a large payment as a security measure. In this case, you will need to inform them that you wish to make a payment and to allow it to go through. Once you have done this you can try to pay again via a new payment link.


Alternatively, please check your payment limit to ensure that it is above the amount that you are trying to pay.
