I cannot find my reimbursement, what should I do?

Once your local agent has refunded your payment through the system, you will receive a confirmation email from Evaneos. The refund will be credited to the card that was used to make the payment, and can take over 48 hours to arrive into your account.


If you cannot see your refund in your bank account after a few days, please contact Evaneos' Customer Care Team.
